Vito grew up in Avigliano, Italy, inspired by local fruits and the beauty of cathedral glasswork, which eventually led him to become a glassworker crafting handmade bottles. After moving to San Francisco and starting a family, he combined his love for glasswork and the flavors of his hometown to create a sparkling water packaged in his own glass bottles to share with friends and family.

After his passing, Vito’s children and grandchildren carried on his legacy by transforming the sparkling water into a web-based company, preserving his original flavors and honoring his glasswork through bottles inspired by his designs.
